Privacy Policy
How PhilippineSweepstakes collects, uses and protects personal information, in line with the Philippine Data Privacy Act of 2012.
Our commitment
We respect your privacy and follow the principles of the Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173). Learn about your rights from the National Privacy Commission.
Information we collect
- Emails you send us: your email address and message, used only to reply.
- Basic technical data: our hosting provider may log standard data such as IP address, browser type and pages visited for security and performance.
- Analytics data: collected by Google Analytics, as described below.
We do not require accounts, and the lucky number generator runs entirely in your browser — nothing is sent to us.
Analytics and cookies
We use Google Analytics 4 to understand how visitors use the site (for example, which pages are read and roughly where visitors come from). Google Analytics sets cookies and collects data such as pages viewed, device and browser type, approximate location and referring site. We use this data only in aggregate to improve our content, and we do not use it for advertising. Learn how Google uses this data at How Google uses information from sites that use its services. You can opt out with the Google Analytics opt-out browser add-on or by blocking cookies in your browser.
How we use information
To respond to messages, keep the site secure and improve our content. We never sell personal data.
Sharing
We only share data with service providers needed to run the site (such as hosting and Google Analytics), or when required by law.
Retention
Emails are kept only as long as needed to handle your enquiry.
Your rights
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data by emailing rogertrinidad@philippinesweepstakes.live.
Children
This site is for adults aged 21+. We do not knowingly collect data from minors.
